I hate admitting this. But coffee is making me nauseated lately.
I was looking into cortisol, which commonly affects athletes, and found that spikes are caused by a number of things that don't apply to me... except caffeine and overtraining. For the past couple of weeks, I've done too much cardio, but I don't think it's enough to warrant crazy cortisol spikes >_> But as always, I've been drinking tons of coffee on top of my ECA stack.
*Cries* I'm cutting back!
Well okay, it's not that sad. Honestly. Really.
