How can we make it in a world that is so diluted with sin and wickedness? A world in which our own mothers and fathers turn against us, a world where our very children rebel against their parents, a world in which our own husbands and wives plot against us and commit wickedness, a world where every wicked abominable act seem to be rewarded and righteousness and following Yah is punished. There is a way and instructions which Yah gave to us His beloved and here in these next few pages we will learn.
In the book of Ephesians 6:11 the scripture reads "Put on the whole armor of Yah that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." What is the scripture speaking about? What does the word armor mean? Armor is all of the tools used to wage a battle or to defend ones self when in battle. The battle spoken of in these next verses is a type of spiritual battle, which has been waged against the people of Yah in this wicked corrupt world. We must take this armor that Yah has given to us and guard ourselves. Not our fleshly bodies, as did the soldiers of past times or our worldly positions as does ninety nine percent of the world today. Verse 12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities (meaning angles good or bad) against powers against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Here in we are not wrestling with worldly knowledge but against the evil that is trying to take away the very spirit that gives us life, because there are those spirits out there that would have us fall to the lust of this world. A spirit doesn't have flesh and bones.
Luke 24:39 "Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see: for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have." Satan has angles that war against us spiritually. Matthew 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels." Satan and his angles are not after anything of this world because the world belongs to him. Job 9:24 "The earth is given into the hand of the wicked: he coverth the face of the judges thereof; if not, where, and who is he?" John 14:30] "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me". These scriptures are saying that at this current time the earth is under Satan's and his angles rule (which is a spirit that dwell in the white man and those that join unto him), that he (white supreme governments) has changed and covered the true color and people of the Heavenly father Yah. I know many of you may think, "How could he say such a thing?" Fist I did not say that the earth was given into the hands of the wicked the Bible did. Next who rule the earth? You many not like it but so-called white people rule the earth. How have their rule been? They have raped robbed every darker nation on the face of the earth. You do not have to be a historian to see this. Do not get mad with me brothers and sisters I did not write white folks history they wrote it with our blood.
Who terrorized the Native Americans and placed them on Reservation? Who terrorized your and my forefathers? Who has terrorized the world? And if this isn't the devil, then where and who he is, because there is no other person on the face of the entire earth who has done the wickedness of the so-called white man. We see that Satan is after our spirit, which is our very well spring of life. Just as he was after Job in the book of Job 1: 6-12. Satan actually went to Yah when the sons of men went to Yah and challenged Jobs faith in Yah. Just as he did Job he does us day in and day out. This is why it is so very important to guard ourselves with the armor of Yah. We must be ready spiritually and do all that we can to withstand the evil of this world. Ephesians verses 13 "Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of Yah, that ye may be able to stand (meaning he will be fighting against you) in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Verse 14 "stand therefore, having your loins girt (to girt is to hold something close to you) about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness." What are our loins and how do we keep them in truth? Our loins are our private areas as well as our minds which are sacred and holy in truth.
Yah says in 1 peters 1:16 "Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." We are not to be out committing acts of sex and intimacy or intimate conversations with all types of people. If we are married or have a so called girl/boy friend we are married as we read in Exodus 22:16 "And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed (engaged), and lie (have sex) with her, he shall surely endow (promise) her to be his wife." and not supposed to be out in the world talking or committing any acts of affection with anyone other than that person we are espoused to. Hebrews 13:4 "". This includes movies, music and any other type of wickedness that most deem okay because you're just looking or listening. To look on someone and even think anything that has to do with sexuality or lust is sin. Matthew 5:28 "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." Yah says we are not even to associate with those that don't obey the will of Yah. 1 Thessalonians 3:6 "Now we command (order) you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw (move away from, stop all contact with) yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us (Yah's laws, statutes, and commandments)." We are being told to withdraw from such people in the name of Christ.
Thessalonians 3:14 says "And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed." These worldly people and their positions are Satan's devices of getting to our spirit because everything we see, hear, touch or taste goes into our mental. Everything we do and interact with becomes who we are. If we are constantly reading, watching, listening and associating with corrupt worldly things and people then that is who we will become. Yah says we are a temple in which He dwells 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 "Know ye not that ye are the temple of Yah, and that the spirit of Yah dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of Yah, him shall Yah destroy; for the temple of Yah is holy, which temple ye are." If we do not put on this armor of Yah, we are susceptible to the wiles of the devil and will be defiled (unclean) and Yah will not dwell in us, but will destroy (kill either mentally or physically or both) us because we will be unholy to him. Verse 14 in Ephesians talked about a breastplate of righteousness. A breastplate was a from of weaponry used to protect soldiers in battle. It protected their middle section; their heart. But this scripture is speaking in a spiritual sense; meaning to bear righteousness as a plate of honor and truth. Preparing wherever we go righteousness will be in front judging you.
Ephesians 6:15 "And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace." To prepare something means to put in order before hand or to have something ready. Christ ever walked in peace, using only the word of Yah to teach, heal, and cast out evil spirits. Therefore we must study and be learned in the gospels of the word of the Most High and Christ. Our feet because, just as Christ traveled, we will be traveling day in and day out and our feet is what takes us physically, and in order to not go in the direction which is against Yah we must have the word of Yah firmly planted with the teachings and scriptures in our every day steps. When we go against Yah's laws, statues, and commandments, we are sinning. When we sin we go against Yah Himself. King David said in Psalms 51-4 "Against Thee, Thee only have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight." Here we hear from King David that sin is evil and it is only against the Father that he sinned because He is our ultimate redeemer. What is sin? Yah says through James in the book of James 4:17 "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." Here we read that what we know to be good if we don't do it we are sinning. 1 John 5:17 says "All unrighteousness is sin:" Yah goes on to say through John in John 3:4 "Whomever commiteth sin transgreseth also the law; for sin is the transgression of the law."
We must not go against the law or we will be put to death not only physical but mentally and will not receive the gift of Yah's eternal life. Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of Yah is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". Eternal life is something given from Yah we will not receive if we go against his laws, statues, and commandments. Yah is very merciful, He forgives but only if our sin is confessed and not hidden. Psalms 28:13 "He that covereth his sins shall not prosper; but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." If we are in sin we must admit and tell Yah. After we have done that we must do our very best never to go back to committing those sins again. Yah has given us the tools necessary to use to live by his will, but if we cover our wickedness and do not confess Yah will not have mercy on us and we will not inherit the gift of eternal life. We must do the word of Yah in order to stay clean from the wicked devises of Satan and his angles. Psalms 119:9 "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?" By taking heed thereto according to thy word." Thy word is the laws, statues, and commandments of the Most High Yah. We must do our very best to obey them no matter what! There are no excuses. Yah doesn't play games and our spirit is what weighs in the balance. Satan and his angles are going all over the earth in every direction trying to take our spirit away from Yah. We need to be sober and ready because Satan deals deceitfully. One of the major tools Satan uses are the lusts of the world; sex, drugs, cars, job, money, house, clothes, glamour, fame, power etc. We must withhold ourselves from fleshly lust, because they are in opposition with Yah. 1 Peters 2:11 "Dearly beloved I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, obtain from fleshly lust, which war against the soul;" When we complete the act of lust wether it is mental or physical is sin and will bring us to not only a physical death but a spiritual death as well, which is separation from Yah.
James 1:15 "Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." Satan knows this and is going every which way to get this to happen so he can turn you against Yah. 1 Peters 5:8-9 "Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour." Satan is not under the earth with horns and a long tale and a pitch fork I, Zadok bare witness that he is real and is on this earth. The lion is the king of the jungle and his roar is fierce, so likewise Satan is the king of this world and he is persistent and fearless in doing all he can to get us to commit to sin against not only ourselves, the ones we love, but against Yah. This is why Yah gave us this armor and his laws, statues, and commandments to uphold us in this day and time. Most important we need to believe in Yah Himself with this promise that He has sent His Redeemer to deliver us from this wicked devil and all of his attempts to take our soul.
Ephesians 6:16 "Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked." Darts were used in battle to kill the physical body, but here the wicked have darts they use to kill our spirit. An animal who is shot or darted in the wild knows not from whence it came only suffers from the blow and the affliction that follows. This armor Yah has given us will allow us to see the dart before it hits and be able to shield it away and over come it, foe example how water quenches a flame of fire or cold rain on a hot burning mountain top. We do this with faith. Let us ask ourselves what is faith. The scriptures are very clear on this. Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." This is clearly saying that faith is something that you long for or wish for, something you think about having, it is a substance you cannot readily obtain because it has not come yet. And this thing you hope for has evidence meaning it exists even though it is not yet or has not been seen. Just as we have not seen the Father we have faith He is what He says He is. Though we may not have seen Christ in this life we have faith He was and still is with the Father.
It is our very faith that will carry us through hard times and temptation. Yah says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "Therefore hath no temptation taken you, but such as is common to man, but Yah is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye be able to bear it." The scripture is saying that there is not any temptation that we cannot handle and that these types of temptation are not unknown, we know what Satan does and are fully aware of his tricks as the scriptures say in 11 Corinthians 2:11 "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices." and that Yah believes and will not allow us to be tempted with something we cannot rebuke, but will with the temptation give us a way out and a choice which we will chose to stay on the right hand side of Yah and Christ and stand with the armor He provided or fall on the left side to Satan and his angels. Every time we are combating with Satan and use this armor we will over come Satan and be in a closer bond with the Most High.
Ephesians 6:17 "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of Yah." This verse says the helmet of salvation, because with all of the armor a soldier wears in battle to protect the body the head is most vital. The head is made up of the eyes to see, the ears to hear, the nose to smell, the mouth to speak and most of all the brain, which directs all of these features. Our salvation is the most important because it is the point at which we have faith to arrive at and obtain through these daily struggles. We must fight earnestly to protect our salvation. Just as the head is at the top of our body and where the head goes the body must follow; our salvation is above all and is the point at which we hope to obtain and the "sword of spirit; which is the word of Yah" because a sword was used in battle to kill and to defend. But this sword is spiritual and is Yah's very words written here in the scriptures of His holy book. The sword of the spirit is our weapon to maneuver in this day and time in order to arrive before Yah with our salvation sealed in the Great Book of Life.
Here in we have discussed the entire armor of Yah; our private parts, not only physically but mentally girt with truth, a breastplate of righteousness, and our feet shod in peace, a shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit which is the word of Yah. This is the armor that is described in the beginning of Ephesians 6:13. This very armor is our wisdom Yah blessed us with to endure in this wicked corrupt sin every where We are soldiers for Yah when we do His will as it says in 11 Timothy 2:3 "Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ." Matthew 10:22 "And ye shall be hated of all men for my names sake: but he that enureth to the end shall be saved." We are hated because we do not live for this world but with this armor fight against the evils and wickedness of it but if we continue in the laws, statutes and commandments of Yah until the very end we will receives the gift of eternal life. The end is when Christ returns or if we die before it is the end of this life. 1 Corinthians 15:26 "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death."
If some of us feel like taking on this armor is a hard thing or a difficult task, Yah says in Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Yah is saying as long as what we are doing is for and in accordinance with the Most High our power is limitless and we can do anything. 11 Timothy 2:7 says "For Yah hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and of a sound mind." This fear is not the same fear as the fear of Yah, because that fear will keep us from sinning and disobeying Yah. The fear Yah did not give us is a trick by Satan and his angles to get us to disbelieve we have all these attributes because with these three we can do all that Yah has purposed for us. Power to over come and accomplish, love to forgive, be patient and persevere and a sound mind to discern right from wrong, good from evil and how to conduct ourselves as ambassadors for Yah. Shalom
