Dear Abby,
Abby is my new hairstylist. She is 19 years old from tampa and is not a licensed hairstylist. Let me explain. I went to the Paul Mitchell school to get my hair cut because I am too broke to pay a lot. I got Abby and she did me well. She cut me some bangs and did zig-zag layers in my hair and some coloring. For being a student for only a couple of months, she did a great job. So I'd recommend seeing Abby at the Paul Mitchell school. I promised her I'd pass along the word.
