You have it, you know...
so everyone is back home and everything is dandy : ) i finally got some of the summer vacation i was looking for in the past week or so. the joey is back home with me, though right now he's actually teaching a band camp, but he's been staying at my house and i've been loving it. we partied HARD last weekend, and it was crazy. i've never had such a crazy weekend before, i don't think. i got to see everyone. we hung out at joe's lake house friday night, then went to nates on saturday, but the only people who stayed at nates from the original group were joe nibbles nate and i. then others showed up and it was a big party. and then..... oh then sunday was a major detox day, so we went to nibbles' house and chilled by the ocean for a while. it was cool.
this week joe and I saw snakes on a plane, which was wonderful! hahah it actually lacks plot, but i was expecting as much. if you're in it to see samuel L jackson being awesome you're in for a treat! haha then the next night we went to see Little Miss Sunshine with Anne. it was really really good. probably the best movie i've ever seen in the theatres. so i highly recommend it. then anne joe and i came back to my house for a while and anne gave me a gift from her trip to Allentown. it was a Wert's Cafe t-shirt and pen! it was sooooo awesome!
Oh yea, my trip to Wisconsin with Joe's family was a lot of fun. the best part was Cedar Point. i went on the 2 biggest roller coaster in the world. the first is in tokyo, so it doesn't count! haha but i was successful in getting the joey home, so that's all i could ask for.
and, as a side note, i now have glasses : ) my eye ball is as good as it's going to get, and that's all i could ever ask for. i can finally put all the shit i've gone through with my eye in the past 12 years behind me. i have soft lenses for my eye, which i probably won't use as much as the glasses, but they're there just in case. and yea... i'm as happy as a girl who can see again would be! weeeeee
my plan for today is to run to the highschool where joe is teaching band camp at some point... that's going to be a disaster as is since i have run NOWHERE all summer. so we'll see how it goes. at least it's nice and cool out today. then tomorrow i have things involving band camp and what not to do, and saturday i'm going to a patriots game, andd.... and then i have my last week in salem. so hopefully it will be a good one. i have a lot of packing to do... like, all of it. and a lot of laundry to do, but i have over a week to do so. i'm moving in saturday, so it should be fun!! i miss everyone. this summer has been so weird for me. blah. hopefully next summer will be better. i'm glad i worked as hard as i did in the beginning and made enough money to be alright for the school year, but i still didn't get to see many people, and i hope no one has forgotten about me!
