Vidshow Content Notes and Trigger Warnings!
Hi guys!
Scribe and I hope you are excited for the vidshow tomorrow night because we sure as hell are! To make sure that this is a fun and safe experience for everyone, we are listing content notes and trigger warnings so that people can duck out for something they might not be able to enjoy.
We also don't want to spoil the show, so we're going to assign warnings by the number of each vid in the lineup. The main things we are warning for are:
- strong/graphic violence (doesn’t include non-graphic fist/sword fights)
- gore
- physical triggers (i.e. bright lights or stutter-y cuts that might affect epilepsy or migraines)
- major character death
- body horror
- animal harm
We are also including any warnings that the vidders themselves identified or requested. And there will be a printed version of this post on every table during the show so that you can keep track.
If there are any additional things you would like to be warned for, please come find one of us during the con on Saturday or tweet us (@fiercynn or @scribescribe) to ask us for clarification.
