Poor thing. It sux. I've already done it.
Here are my simple steps to making it easy:
Tape the head-so it can't fall back.
When it's hungry-tape the breast feeding thing to it's mouth-that way you don't have to hold it.
Worked for me.

80. I had some issues wakin up when it woke me up at 4am. And then the tape came off when I was picking it up in the middle of the night and it's head dropped.
IT was..

HELL.

So don't let the tape fall off!

use duct tape and you dont have to worry about it fallin off. id lend my 2 cents but i never did it so thats all i got for you. good luck.
