Hey! I'm not dead! Yippee!I get to see my dogs today. Living away from them has been the one of the most difficult things I've had to do this year. I know that sounds really stupid but I'm very connected w/ my dogs. It's nice to come home and be greeted with such adoration and enthusiasm. One of my dogs, Beans, has gotten so excited at my arrival that she's actually pissed herself. It's kind of spoiled me though. Now, I don't consider anyone's greeting sincere unless they have urine running down their leg. Sadly, I can't even get my own pet as the college doesn't allow people to keep them on campus. The only thing I could get is a fish. I had a fish tank a long time ago. It was fun for awhile but I lost interest in looking at the fish and cleaning the tank. I tried to kill them a few times and finally just neglected them until they all died. Let me tell you, fish are hardy creatures. I don't think I fed them or changed their water for a month and they were still kicking around. It was pretty gross. I don't even need a puppy on campus. If I could just have a fucking hamster I'd be happy. Sneaking one in would be easy but i wouldn't to risk getting caught. In fourth grade I used to take my hamster to school and hide him in my desk. He was quite well behaved. Man, that hamster put up with a whole lot of shit. I took him to school, tried to dress him in doll clothes, put him in my dollhouse, fed him candy, and a multitude of other pet owner no no's. Maybe I can I'll get another hamster. That would be fun...
