33 Days to NYC:

Oct 21, 2009 06:17

Shoes these days are so beautiful? I still remember the time where I was just whining to G, telling her how high-street shoes just didn't quite cut it for me. These days though, I'm so spoilt for choice it's kinda halarious. I just can't stop buying shoes!!!

Mum enters my room, and spots my new Topshop Anya boots.
Mum: When did you buy those shoes?
Me: Few days ago.
Mum: (*half yells) You have to stop buying already.
G: Ha ha ha. Telling her to stop buying is like telling George Bush to stop being an idiot.
*Unanimous laugh.*

Kekeke, that's actually quite funny! G can be so halarious sometimes.

So anyway, I'm thinking of buying shelves for my shoes and put them in the library downstairs. I'm gonna seriously throw out a lot of stuff when I get back from New York. As it is, I'm already piling them up and stuffing them all over the place, in preperation to either throw or give away.

About other things, and to justify the silence, both in my social and virtual life. I've been missing because I just completed an accounting ordeal. Me and numbers really don't mix. Let's just say, there were plenty of numbers, cell formulas, Excel spreadsheets and not forgetting a newfound tension headache. There's so much to be completed at work for the next month or so. But it is the storm before the calm.

I need to work really hard to prep for Vietnam, and then it's off to New York City. Just slightly over a month and I'll be in the sweet, sweet Big Apple.

Love!
J
