TRANSIT STRIKE
yeah, so what happens the very first day i get home for christmas break? thats right... nyc transit workers decide they're going to take a little vacation too. guess im going to be doing a lot of walking over the next few days... unless the strike only lasts a day, of course. apparently the last transit strike that happened here went on for more than a week, though. hmmm, no car and now no trains or buses.... its like im under house arrest here.
