I'm on a diet the same diet I go on every year in January. So I've got my slimfast, got my ready meals, got weight watchers biscuits and chocolate bars (im allowing myself one chocolate thing or two biscuits a day with my tea break at work).I've been doing sit ups, done a few miserable pushups walking a bit more and I've lost 4lb since 1st January. Not bad considering im not doing anything over enthusiasticly. But with that in mind I've just priced up the play drome and they do a spin abs class which is on once a week, and a gym induction is only eight pounds so I'm going to go for it when this months wage comes in.
Right now I'm weighing in at 10st 10lb. I think I was 11.5st a couple of months back (but don't quote me on that). Anyhoo, I'm aiming for 9.5 / 9st as my goal, the physical goal is to get back into a size ten, and given I've got broad hips the love handles (RAR) aren't doing me any favours.
So yeah.
Loose weight, get to size ten.
Learn to drive
No reason I can't do either of theese things this year, none at all.
now it's time to sleep sleep sleep, got a busy day ahead and I'm all shagged out.
