Well my last post was an example of what happens when you leave your LJ logged in and Johnny comes to visit you. So since my last real post I've found an awesome house to live in next year, lost a friend, had some interesting nights, and consumed large amounts of beer.
I'll start with the house. It's AWESOME. It has four bedroom, two bathrooms. The bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living room are upstairs. The whole upstairs is basically windows and it was a balcony with a view of the canyon. It definitely has the lay out of a party house, but unfortunatly we live next to a zen master (yes, a zen master) who goes to sleep pretty early so I don't know if the party house thing will be happening. You guys are all welcome to come visit me in Santa Cruz next year.
Now to the friend. I truly believe that it was building for several months and it finally manifested itself in the form of a wilderness studies class argument. I believe that it is better now, less stress..Maybe one day we will reconcile, but hurtful things were said by both parties. I'd like to refer to a quote said by this very friend in one of our first conversations, "You never know who the assholes are until the end of the year. Seems that their true personalities come out at the end of the year." (It went more or less like that). Sorry for being an asshole.
Oh those nights...You know what I'm talking about. Those drunk nights when you just kind of go with the flow and don't really remember half of what happened the next day. Had some of those this weekend. Shitty reggae parties, drunken night perimeter rides, and indo board included. I'm going to miss those drunken adventures over summer.
Now for the large amounts of beer. Yeah, I drank a couple forties this weekend.
Oh yeah, and school....hehe...that's actually going pretty great. I'm pretty much done with my classes and I only have one final- Bob Dylan. I will be home on the june 13th. Kinda sad about coming back to the concrete jungle after being in beautiful Santa CRuz for the year, but it will be exciting to see everyone. So that's all for now.
