There are community centers! Just like some here on Earth, there are dance classes! You mostly have older aliens there, but some younger ones too! You can learn so many different dances... ones you can't even do correctly without an alien physiology.

Sakura's attended these off and on since they're open and more relaxed to sharing across cultures, and also a lot of the older folks tend to gab about the state of affairs on ship, and in the universe that they care about.

There are also totally enough schools to have different youth dance groups that have competitions you can watch, and clubs you can join, though without citizenship no refugee can compete. It's in the rules!

There's a little electronic bulletin board in the halls with ads and each comes with a little paper dispenser that tells you how many numbers it has left.

Kakashi's favorite is the "free strips of paper" ad.
