No, in all seriousness, she sees your leader-like tendencies and... well, how you can be mature. You're already on her friend level and you are on Social Link level on her CR chart. They can interact more... maybe they should have a job together one month... also, stop sleeping in class.
About Patchouli, definitely likes her, but they don't interact much beyond the classroom. Of course, Naoto is working on getting Patchy supplies to get through the Holosseum right now along with Chie. More CR later?
