Today is National Kisa Spams the Communities day!
ALRIGHT. So last year I was introduced to this amazing little thing called NaNoWriMo. If you're unfamiliar with what that is here's a website:
www.nanowrimo.org Basically it's this challenge to see if a person can write a 50,000 word novel through the course of November from SCRATCH. Meaning you can research, get ides, etc the entire time up until it but you CANNOT write a single word of the actual story until November 1st.
The prizes last year were a certificate and a free manuscript copy of your book after you finished editting it (which you had until July to do).
I actually won this so gfhgfjh HAVE MY BOOKCOVER (and writing the sequel this year):
SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Well, first, is anyone else planning to do it? :3
Also, I know some games here on LJ do this as a comm and I thought that would be kind of fun! You know... all of GB/MH getting together and tossing together a giant story for all their characters into one thing.
B-but only if anyone wanted to so...
Uh, yeah, any takers?
It's still in November so it's about less than a month and a half away :3 but I thought it was a good idea to bring it up early.
