Lion in Winter
I saw
ironpoet in Lion in Winter last night. It was very good, The acting was great and the set was fab. The venue itself is pretty cool too.
If you are not planning on going then you should make time. You will really enjoy
ironpoet 's performance. It's really subtle which is different than most of his performances where the character calls for something more outgoing. It is also, dare I say, titillating, but we shall speak no more of this.
ironpoet described the set as a transformer. He's right and the set is really good. It totally looks like a castle and ii's the same thing every time and yet totally different.
The venue is that wonderful combination of barn-like and yet, sophisticated. It is Concord after all.
I hear there is a crowd going tonight and you are in for a treat and I am not just talking about cookies. ....But the cookies were good.
