This is a six part video posted by a person whom took it with their own video camera. So no it is not a professional video however, the quality and sound are pretty good.
Joe Biden can speak well. Maybe it is because he has had the experience of doing so. However, even if he and his VP opponent where exactly on the same level of speaking experience I think he'd still come out ahead in the quality of his speaking.
I await Palin to do speaking in this manner with her constituants. To be fair to her she needs to due it.
