I Sit Here And I Wait
My grandmother is at Kaiser Zion in San Diego now. I believe I mentioned that before. I have no additional word except that she is stabilized. Just stabilized thats it.
Additionally, though and I have been playing phone tag with him is this:
A Doctor Thomas whom worked on her before at Kaiser and I believe I remember as being the surgeon I spoke with a year ago (he remembers me in the messages) had left a message to contact him. Contact him regarding the plan of treatment. He noted something though she is undegoing Cogestive Heart Failure. I know for myself there is no long term cure for that and the condition particularly since she is bedridden will only become worse overtime. If she makes it through now. Even the treatments to stabilize her and potentially bring her out of it cause additional damage to the heart. Even naturally so in the bodies attempt to compensate it does. One thing that occurs is the heart enlarges permanently to compensate and the walls harden. I dunno.
