Reasons I killed you:
1) Hopelessness. I've been upset with you. For the Harry thing, for the stuff you said, for ignoring me, lots of other stuff, etc. And you weren't trying to fix it. And you didn't care. It didn't seem like it would ever be fixed.
2) I couldn't stand the thought of you not loving me anymore. This should probably be number one, but it makes me look crazy and I prefer not to.
3) I didn't want anyone else to have you, I wanted you all to myself, I didn't want you to be in love with Harry anymore, etc, etc, more possessive psychotic bullshit.
4) To keep me from killing myself, which I'm not allowed to do anymore.
5) For attention.
6) I thought maybe I could fulfill my familial duties. This one was more of an afterthought, like, hey, I'm doing it, might as well be for this reason.
7) I was pissed off about the money stuff, the prenup stuff. I wanted to stick it to you and your stuck up pompous arse.
8) I didn't think you'd really die. Like.. be dead. Like.. be gone. Not really...
Reasons why I realise now in retrospect that it was a stupid idea:
1) Murder is not the answer.
2) Even if you were dead I would still know that before you died you didn't love me, so it's not really solving anything to kill you.
3) Same as number two, even if you're dead, I'd still know that you were in love with Harry Potter.
4) Well that was a complete bust, since your death made it practically certain that I would do it.
5) Dead people can't give attention.
6) If you can't do something right, then don't do it at all, I guess. I'm going to be a family joke once word gets out, so.. yeah.
7) I'm pretty sure your money would go to Damien if you died anyway. I haven't seen your will, but considering how you feel about your money and me, that's what I assume. Not to mention, revenge isn't that great if the person you're revenging against isn't around to cry about it.

I'm not denying that it was all very selfish. It was, quite. But these are the reasons and they are what they are. So stop fucking thinking I did it for your money, that wasn't the case at all.
