where does Psychosis start?

According to my old Psychology book “neurosis” is “An obsolete term for a disorder causing personal distress and some impairment in functioning but not causing loss of contact with reality or violation of important social norms.

I just wonder what it is that keeps me trapped here in my apartment. As interesting as Law & Order may be it is not what keeps me here. Maybe I will be able to write about it soon.
