There's a lot of trees in the forest, but the headmistress might get mad if you cut them down, so you should probably check with her first.

...Though it's kind of hard to get a hold of her.

I will ask the staff and the headmistress through them. I would not want to anger her when I have just arrived.

There is a forest, though it is apparently somewhat dangerous if you travel too far. I am not certain of any penalties for cutting down trees, but should you wish to try that would be your best bet.

I would not need a tree from very far into the forest. It only needs to be large enough for one of my dolls. I will have to ask one of the staff if it is against the school's rules.

You are unlikely to get a great deal of help from the staff. There a few rules here, and I would imagine you would face no penalty for cutting down a tree.

However, you may be able to find wood in whichever of the buildings that has carpentry. I believe one of them does, though I'm not certain which.

Would there be? I will have to explore the grounds more and check the quality of the wood available. I believe the staff would be enough of a help to point out if it is against the rules. That is part of their purpose, is it not?
