And lastly for the post, my thoughts on tonight's new HIMYM ep:
This ep seemed to be a pretty average HIMYM ep, nothing too special about it although it did have some squee! moments due to fanon things, hee.
Oh HIMYM, why do you always snatch my random HIMYM fic ideas before I can finish them. Granted it's probably my fault for not posting and finishing when I should, but still. Screw it, I'll probably post anyway.
I had an idea for a bit of a murder mystery Barney/Robin fic thing where Robin is a detective and Barney is the criminal that constantly eludes conviction. Ted, Marshall, and Lily were all murdered at a private party and Barney and Robin are left to solve the case. As well as you'd think that would go anyway.
lol But I shouldn't even pretend my idea is original considering I got it from these vids:
The highlights of this ep mostly came from the short random moments, i.e.:
Robin's analysis of Coyote/RoadRunner
Ted's "Anime-Eyes" comment to Lily (SOMEONE MUST ICON THIS)
The Ted/Lily moments in the car (because it made me think of this one crack HIMYM prompt I put on comment_fic where Lily was the mother and the fact that it actually got filled)
Barney 10 years later...and he hasn't aged at all. Made me think of all those "Barney is really dead posts"
I barely know what actually went down this ep, but hey, I got my laughs for the week lol
Now I should probably stop cramming things into this post and go to bed lol
I have a test tomorrow and it's clear that my priorities might need to be looked into.
