HE'S SO EVIL HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE FORM, HE'S JUST A STUPID VOICE.
I'm speaking of course of the announcer from Pokemon Battle Revolution. Heck, even the announcers from the older gen. pokemon 3-D platform games count too!
HE'S JUST SO...INFURIATING; GRAHHHH. ALWAYS FREAKIN' COMMENTATING ON MY OPPONENT GETTING A CRITICAL HIT, OR FAINTING MY POKEMON, OR EVEN WINNING. GRRRRRRRRRR
Like when I get to the semi-finals and I lose he's goes "Ohhh, the challenger just barely lost. What a shame! Victory was so close!"

(And yes, you can turn him off, but the evil is that the game feels so *weird* without him. WHY DID YOU DO SUCH A THING GAME DESIGNERS?)
