Oh, god. Anyone remember fail!cake(s) ~two Christmases ago?
Well, I just killed a cheesecake! ;_; (Though I'm still trying to save it.)
I don't even know what happened, but I suspect a myriad of factors coming together at the same time, like the fact that I don't know how to make a cheesecake in the first place and the recipe was so simple. I kept feeling it seemed too easy, some things had to be missing (the water bath and continuing to bake after turning off the oven I just found out about a minute ago, for example).
It cracked. It looks like scrambled eggs... (EW!) It was supposed to be tomorrow's dessert. :\
I don't even know! X'D
I will eat the graham cracker crust before throwing the rest away. ;P
