Pics 'Cause it Happened~

Late pics are late, I know. (I was doing medical appointments all day and crashed on the couch when I got home.)
Anyway, proof that Arkyrios got use beyond being a replacement for the dead mouse, I has it right hurr
First up, a chibi Rapunzel (WIP)! (:D)
That is 1/8 the original size!
The lineart was made using the pen tool and the mouse; the flats were filled in using the tablet. (Someday I will show you my amazing coloring methods and even more amazing artistic philosophies and you will understand the tablet's use when Yali deals with flats.) It's not a very impressive use of the tablet, but it served as warmup and reminder because I'm certain I hadn't used my tablet in about a year (and I have pics to prove that, too).
I will be further working on my dearest Rapunzel chibi when the muses dictate.
Fun fact: The chibi's inspiration/reference is a plastic cup (google 'rapunzel cup'-- if I'm doing it right you should be able to recognize it) I use every day for my breakfast drinks (except coffee, of course, 'cause I have a very special $1 cup from Capri for that)~
Moving on, Anago Aoi Gijinka (WIP)!

A long, long time ago (for internet standards), creating an anago eel and drawing a gijinka for it was a very popular meme among artists on Tumblr. Wanting to try it out for myself, I made an eel inspired by my room and drew a gijinka for it.
And since LJ ate the final part of this post, I will abruptly end it right here for fear of losing all of it. Sorry! :O
