i killed two of the ninja turtles...
yeah so this past weekend i went to grand valley to visit matt. it was so good to see him, (as it always is), and just enjoy each others company. we didnt do too much, cuz well theres not a HUGE amount of things to do around there. on saturday we did go to the frederick meijer gardens, which has like rainforest and desert exhibits, as well as a sculpture garden. it was very cool, i enjoyed laughing at the gigantic horse statue that had a huge...uh...."presence"....lol. yeah then sunday i was stupid and put my burning hot straightener on the floor in front of the sink and forgot about it while i was getting ready. so yeah before i know it i had stepped on it and scorched four of my toes and part of my foot...yeah...it hurt. i had to limp around for most of that day....lol. it is very sore, but the body is very good at quick healing (ie blisters)...so its alright. oh well i can laugh at myself now cuz i am such an idiot sometimes...
whoa i cant believe that i am halfway done with my first year of college! it is absolutely crazy how fast this year has gone by...but i am SO excited to be home for christmas, and just not have any stress or classes to wake up early for...(although i will prolly be waking up early for work a lot, so oh well...) yeah i definitely need to work my ass of during break cuz i am in DESPERATE need of money!!!
