Part two to DRAMA!!
The other day I was ranting on here about a whole bunch of different stuff. Well, yesterday more stuff hit the fan.
After the other day, I received an email at 5 saying that they canceled one of my TWO media studies classes. That's right.... they only offered TWO classes for the Fall semester, and than they canceled one of them. So... I wrote a letter to Dr. Lee, and the new Dean. I was very polite and nice (Though, I don't think Rob believed when I said actually nice and not mean nice). Annny who, Dr. Lee said it was good that I wrote that and hopefully something will happen as a result. Now, it's just a waiting game.
Alright, so they dropped one of my classes. Sucks. But not a big deal. Wrong. I'm a Grad Assistant. I receive a scholarship type thing that pays for my school as long as I'm taking three classes. Okay, no big deal still, they drop one, I sign up for something else in a different department.
Wrong! I have two, count them 2! parking tickets that I received last year while working and parking at the Hobart Lot. (Whole different sort of drama, not getting into that) So, even though I was working in Hobart, and had permission on my car, and contested the tickets (and lost), I still had to pay them. After trying to talk myself out of the tickets in person, I coughed up the money, ask how long its going to take for them to remove the hold, she says if I bring the receit over to wherever they'll take care of it right away.
Did that. She lied. I drove over to the college road place, showed them the receit, they said they need the email for the police station. ARGH!!
Meanwhile, the only thing I'm thinking during this time is, if the Grad office checks to see if I'm enrolled in three classes and I'm not. I'll lose my scholarship.
So, after a day of it taking entirely too long for them to receive the email and change it, I signed up for the third class.
Blah.
But yea. Different note. GBD today, wine shoot. came with wine. Wee! lol. It was cool.
Tomorrow, who knows?
Sunday, shoot plus GIRLS NIGHT!!! : )
Then, the week continues. Also, Rob is out, so Mark and Myself will be babysitting the STC's. O what fun that'll be.
