I just watched the 12 minute preview of the pilot for Game of Thrones (George RR Martin has it up on his blog if anyone hasn't seen it) It looks amazing, the Wall looks awesome and I loved what we saw of Winterfell and the Starks (and Snow) and I think I'm already in love with all of their stupid faces!!!
I was going to re-read before the show started but I've been way too busy for that so I've put it off until before Dance of Dragons is released and this preview has me looking forward to re-reading the books as well as watching the show, which must be good.
