She gathered most to all the pictures she could find in the household and decided to spread them out to get a look at them.

[It was about time to see exactly what sort of a place she had been taken to. Familiarizing one with the world around you may better help adjust one's self to the place. Then again, in the event that you've found out more than you'd like to, you'd probably go apeshit. Clod took that risk.
It was surprisingly beautiful... despite it being absolutely mundane. Clod couldn't count the days it has been since she was ever outside. Even the most mundane scenery could seem extraordinary to her. Smiling, the pale girl simply stood outside while shading her eyes from the sun. Not seeing sunlight in months can be very painful for the light-deprived, but that doesn't ruin the beauty in any way.]

[You hear a soft, girlish voice coming from the phone. There is a light giggle just before whoever is on the other line begins speaking.]
Thank you for inviting me into this world. It's rustic, but there's always worse. I'm grateful for being invited to this cozy, little town.
