I have now successfully made key lime pie. It tastes like key lime pie rather than tile grout so I'm pretty happy about the results of my test pie (this being to make sure I can actually make the one I said I'd bring to Enigma Thanksgiving). I am having a really good week-and-a-bit right now. will probably add pictures of the pie later because yes, I really am that proud of myself here, having defeated what was probably my worst baking disaster ever (and I actually served that one to people before realizing what it tasted like)
