This book is why the smaller, fiction ones counting for the past two weeks aren't finished yet. After I finished "Body for Life for Women," a friend who is doing the program with me bought it off me. So I picked up the newest edition of the Body for Life guides: "Champions Body for Life."

This book was nothing short of incredible, considering what I am embarking upon. This is the real deal, not the watered-down version that the Woman's version had (I feel, anyway!). But the coolest thing about this book is each chapter is told from the point of view of people who have completed the challenge. There are great tips, recipes, and as they go through each week of the challenge there are two challengers who describe what they went through on the same week. That was really interesting to read, especially since the girl example was a college student, someone I could relate to way more than a mother or businesswoman.

All in all an excellent book that has me really focused and excited to start.
