A good friend of mine made me a painting! It's called Sensibility.
Isn't it beautiful? It was as you probably can see made with the knowledge of my period drama 'addiction'. It sort of reminds me of the beginning of Jane Eyre. If you want to see more of the paintings of my friend, check her
website. And leave her a message, she will be thrilled with international messages!

Day 19 - The most hilarious film you've seen
Robin Hood - men in tights. When you watch this movie keep an eye out for the mole on the face of Prince John....
Day 20 - A moving (emotional) scene
I often cry at the end of romantic movies, when 'boy gets girl and they live happily ever after'. But an especially moving scene in my eyes is the one but last scene of the movie Australia. I know the opinions on this movie are varied, but I happen to love it: for it's scale, it's romance, it's beautiful scenery (and for Hugh Jackman.....). In the scene I mean (I can't seem to find a YT vid of it), Drover (Hugh Jackman) believes his love Sarah (Nicole Kidman) has died in the attack from the Japanese planes on the city of Darwin. But she's alive and when they find each other again there's such wild happiness in both their eyes. Very beautiful.
Day 21 - Favourite film from your favourite actor/actress
Ioan Gruffudd in Amazing Grace. I think Ioan is incredibly handsome and though I watched for example The Fantastic Four with pleasure because he's in it, it's not really a great movie. But Amazing Grace is! A moving story and superb acting, both from Ioan and the rest of the cast, including Romola Garai (another favourite of mine) and Rufus Sewell.
Day 22 - Favourite Academy Award acceptance speech
I've never really watched the Academy Award ceremony, it's always in the middle of the night in The Netherlands. So I really can't answer this question.
