so, i didn't have to go to work yesterday.
and now it's the weekend.
hee hee!
so i got 4 free days. not a bad deal.
though, CABIN FEVER.
had to get out today.
went to the book store,
and then saw that School of Rock was playing at the Bagdad,
i was across the street at powells.
movie started in 15 minutes, i had the 3 bucks in my pocket so i went.
IT WAS RAD.
and stoopid. and corny,
but so good. jack black is COOL.
really. they didn't talk much about it, but what he was doing with the kids
was really cool, even though he assigned each of their jobs,
and didn't let them figure it out, and structure it,
there was so much science, and business and social stuff there,
and he got them jazzed. and thinking, and feeling.
anyway, it was cool.
and i made chocolate chip cookies last night.
and tim and i turned our dining room table into a ping pong table,
and he had the paddles that he found in taiwan and we've
been playing A LOT the last 2 days.
so fun. it's really hard because the table is so small,
but we're figuring out how to play on it,
and oh man, it's great.
don't know where that kid is,
but i wanna play some ping pong right now.
damn.

santa's working on it. the elves at the post office have been snowed in
for the past 5 days, but it seems to be melting now. xmas is coming!
