  • Drink lots of water
  • 3 sets of 12 push ups and 12 lunges each!!
  • girl on top sex every night!
  • cut out one thing (snacking!)
  • no white carbs!
  • 30 minutes of cardio every day
  • sleep 30 more minutes a night!
