[White Plains NY] Westchester Bisexual Group on Tuesday the 27th

Jan 24, 2009 16:17

Come join your peers from Westchester County and the surrounding areas (hello Bronx, Connecticut, Orange and Putnam Counties) in a lively, friendly facilitated discussion group for men, women, genderqueer, transgender, and not-quite-sure people, as well as people who fall on different places along the monogamous to polyamorous dimension, as long as you inhabit the space between totally straight and totally gay somewhere (i.e., bisexual, bi-curious, omnisexual, pansexual, questioning, queer, fluid, “I don't label myself,” hetroflexible, homoflexible, SGL, and bi-friendly). People who wish to understand their biexual loved ones are also welcome.

The group meets at The LOFT, the LGBT Community Center located at 252 Bryant Avenue behind the Methodist Church on Bryant Avenue, between North Street and Mamaroneck) in White Plains New York, at 7:30 PM on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month.

Yes! The LOFT has finally moved!!! No more damp, dingy basement!!! Now it has . . . WINDOWS!!!!! It is light and bright, but cozy at the same time :) They are still unpacking, but it already looks better than the old place.

If you are coming by bus, you could take the #5 or the #60, but the #5 lets you off MUCH closer. I am pretty sure they both stop at the Transit Center at the train station. It is 252 Bryant Avenue, click here for directions from pretty much everywhere in our region. Look for the Methodist Church and once you are there, drive in and park in the back. Look for signs for the Roker Adult Day Care Center, and follow those until you see the door with the rainbow flag over it.

Even if you can't make it to the group meetings in person, please join us on our Online Discussion Group and our Myspace Page, ask questions, chat, make some "net-friends" and keep up with what is happening in the Westchester and surrounding bisexual community.
Like this Event? Then please join the New York City Area Bisexual & Pansexual Meetup Group, Myspace Page and Facebook Page and bookmark the NYC Tri-state region's Combined Calendar to keep up with all that is going on in YOUR Community.
