I'm feeling very paranoid today.  It's unsettling.  I'm frenzied. 
I really hate this roller coaster.

Sorry for the roller coaster. I have those paranoid days too and it makes it worse when I know I am paranoid. I know it is crazy but here we are. Hugs.
