sleeping, or lack thereof...
i'd mentioned earlier that it's been well over a month since i got a good night's rest. more likely two months. i went into the hospital and they put me on lunesta 3mg. but it didn't help. tired it for a week. i kept waking up 4 hours after i'd taken it, no matter what time i took it. so, yesterday i saw my psychiatrist, and he gave me a sample pack of ambien cr as well as a scrip for ambien 10mg. i took the ambien cr and it took like an hour for it to get me to sleep, and then i was awake 4 hours later again. so i took one of the regular ambiens after that. and i still didn't sleep well. tossing and turning all night long.
do you guys have any suggestions i can make to my doc? he didn't want to try seroquel because of the weight gain issues. but, at this point, i just want to sleep. what do you think will help?
