This has an been extremely challenging year. But I will say I am grateful for the things I do have in my life. Just bummed because at the moment this happened my life was in such a rapid growth state, from signing to do a tour with Live Nation, to getting closer to fellowship of the program and expanding my sobriety, to having so much fun on my first year doing weho dodgeball. But it all flipped onto its back and it is all on indefinite hold until who knows when. That might be the hardest part, is not knowing. Not knowing when, or IF things will ever be the same. I have to be in acceptance and be grateful. Praying that my unemployment will someday get approved as its been a 4 month process of endless calls and waiting.
Someday I hope to look back at this all and laugh. I understand that mostly the whole world is going through some sort of similar situation, and I truly am thankful for the basics: health, roof, family, friends, food, sobriety. Lets toast to that and keep that saying going that this too shall pass!
