totally had an out of body experience today. (gives hang-ten sign) like toh-tally. was sittin' at the Michael's eating my chicken sand and all of a sudden my consciousness is not confined by my body. i wish i had been aware of this 'cause i would have probably gone somewhere beyond my waffle fries, but i didn't figure anything out until i rushed back into my head. i felt a cold rush over my psyche, my consciousness flooding my head like a wave of cool water, pressing me present behind my eyes.
weird. i dig those.
i need to chill on the enchiladas and the tamales and the chilli con queso at work and go back to my ramen noodles, water and my kick ass work-out routine. the gut is starting to fill in where my six pack was trying chisel out and i'm not happy about it. i have physical therapy on Wednesday (thank heavens) so i can finally figure out what it is that i can do and what i can't. then hopefully i'll get my kickboxing certification and get my ass back to teaching. grr.
