FULL STORY: The shift manager at CVS asked me to start the tasks that I had been given 30 minutes prior and I informed her that I was not going to do my work because I felt like I was having a heart attack. I was on the floor from 9:30- 10:07 panting holding my chest and wincing in pain. Well, I left in an ambulance and was told before I left by her that "I can't guarantee what's going to happen to you tomorrow", implying I would be fired for leaving. I was in the emergency room for 7 hours and was given Nitro Glycerin for a possible heart attack. It was an acute panic attack, brought on by stress, most likely. So the proverbially shit hit the fan, once again. I was fired the next day for 'insubordination' because I said I wasn't doing the work bacause I was in pain. That information of course was no where written down on the termination page.
Within an hour and a half I had acquired a new job as chef for a little cafe out here. I was not supposed to start until Friday so I went to see my mother in Daytona, who was diagnosed with a possible cyst in her nasal cavity. While I was gone my neighbor witnessed my other neighbor breaking into my house. When asked why she didn't call the cops she simply said "it wasn't my house"... niiice. Well, I was told the 'suspect' went into my bedroom because the light came on. I immediately went into my house and while trying not to touch anything, reached my bedroom to discover the drawer with my jewelry was slightly ajar. I ran outside to use the neighbor's phone to call the sheriff's office. They sent 2 deputies to investigate, when asked if they would take fingerprints they replied 'hmm, maybe...'. WHERE AM I LIVING!? Needless to say the fingerprints that they had acquired were smudged, unusable. Nothing else has been done. I went into the house and took an assessment of my belongings and discovered he had taken $16 dollars face money. It was antique money that was worth 5 times as much, but took none of the thousands of dollars in jewelry, that I'm aware of. He went into the second bedroom and closed the door afterwords, denying my cats access to water and their litterbox. Poop and pee was everywhere, my cat Gypsy was screaming-meowing at me because she went with out water and toilet for 3 days, the other 2 cats were locked in the room, and were denied food. The kitten was fine in the bathroom. So now I'm afraid to go into my house and afraid that he will break in again. I went and put my jewelry in a safety deposit box I couldn't afford to ensure it will be available for my grandchildren.
Had a horrifying nightmare last night that involved my car getting repossessed, I woke up in a sweat, went pee then back to bed only to have another horrifying nightmare of getting lost in Disney World. And yes, if you were wondering, when I woke up again, I ran to pay my car payment.
I'm so close to just giving up life. I just fucking give. UNCLE.
