Empire of the Sun is an amazing movie. I LOVED IT! Wow...it's just. Utterly fantastic. My family is from Shanghai, a beautiful city that one day I want to revisit. And Christian Bale once again manages to steal my heart, at 13 no less!

Wee!Christian makes me want to watch Newsies again. I've been listening to 'Sante Fe' on the soundtrack. OH BALE. <3
