Okay, so over the course of winter break I became... nocturnal. As in, would go to bed at 6am, and then wake up at 6pm. Monday night I decided I really needed to knock it off, so, being prone to extremes, I decided I simply wouldn't sleep at all so that by Tuesday night, I'd be more than ready to go to bed at a normal hour. Well, the staying up part worked out just fine - in fact, Tuesday afternoon I even had enough energy to hit the gym fo some fitness and spinnin' (MY NEW FAVORITE THING), and then work on secret projects, and then in the evening go to the movies (WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T SEE "PAN'S LABYRINTH" - THE MOST UNNECESSARY MOVIE EVER MADE). I get back around midnight, and am asleep by 12:30, fully expecting to wake up around noon on Wednesday. OOooh, except, not really. Instead, I woke up at fuckin 5pm. Yes, I really did sleep for 14.5 hours.... But I guess it all worked out in the end, because yesterday I went to bed around 2:30am, and then woke up this morning at 6:30am and CAN'T GO BACK TO SLEEP. Sooo - 18.5 / 2 = 9.25, which, I mean, is about right, yeah?
