Since Friday...
I've had a hugely hectic weekend... on Friday we went to the Excelsior to watch Simply Complicated do awesome covers of Rage Against the Machine... that was awesome fun times... and then afterwards, after a few drinks and causing a "disturbance" with Raven's portable beer bong, we went down to Blink and danced the night away (well most of it, until Micky started feeling sick and we had to bugger off) until 4am.
That was an awesome fun experience, especially when they played MSI, that just made me laugh and dance around like a twat. It was also a huge reunion night, seeing a lot of people I hadn't seen in ages and ages, like Matt and Kate! Been seeing a lot of the Baldielox boys lately (funny that) and had to tag along on their promo thing on Sunday (boring).
After we got back to my North Sydney residence (one of three, as some of you may know) me, Micky and Frenchy slept for a while, then got up again and went to have Pancakes on the Rocks for breakfast, which was JUST what we needed. Felt SO much better after a little sleep on the grass at Circular Quay as well.
THEN it was my cousin's 21st birthday party, which was pirate themed. It was pretty good, but not heaps good because her friends are all so "North Shore" as it were.
