the media aggrivates me!

I don't know what to think of the media right now. They painted McCain to
be a war-hero, old, and of a generation past. They belittled his choice of
a Vice Presidential candidate, and threw their support behind a Moslem, who
does not have the backbone to stand for our Judeochristian basis. Whether
people want to admit it or not, those are the principles our country has
been founded upon, and upon which we have flourished through both world
wars. I believe the decline of our nation began in the 1960's, when
liberalism first took root.
Now, before somebody wants to make this into a racist comment, it's
not. If John McCain had been Black, I would have supported him. Whether or
not people want to admit it or not, God plays a major role in everybody's
lives, even the people who deny His existence--pretend to believe that no
god could exist, or put their faith in mortal men. What is going to happen
to our wonderful country? Will the United States slip further down the road
to immorality--toward the decline that occurred in Rome, or toward even
worse plagues?
With that being said, what's with the bias of the media? The dead
air, when we just heard crowds and saw pictures of Chicago? It was just way
too over the top. Brian Williams claimed that people, every person was
emotional. Perhaps, that's what prompted me to dislike his handling of this
so much! There's a way to report the facts--showing an electoral map with
the blue/red states is fine, showing a crowd shot while in a calm, monotone
voice reporting the delegate count, that's fine, too. However, almost
crying because one candidate won over another--that's a terrible reporting
job to me!
I guess that is all I have to say for the time being. I do hope the
electoral college can have a mind of their own, and come to their senses.
After all, just because the popular vote supported a Moslem, that doesn't
mean that every person in voting power has to lose his/her head and do the
same thing. I have real problems with the fact that the Obama campaign
didn't do anything to rush the deportation of his aunt who entered the
country illegally. That doesn't look like a president who is willing to
uphold the laws of the land. I realize she is family, but regardless of
that, she entered illegally--and the media glazed over that, too. I guess I
need to stop watching mainstream news.
