The Adventures of Nicy Spacho

Alone, there was little he could do or so they thought. It seems genetically endowed to criminals to underestimate an officer of the law. There was room, but little, between the three culpable ruffians and Nicy. Hunkered down behind a dumpster, their position was made clear from the puffs of white breath ascending. Nicy, decidedly unarmed, augmented his proximity. His movement towards them was neither quiet nor furtive, but stealth was not his intention. He knew they had no range weapons and doubted their knife throwing abilities. Ten feet from the dumpter, Nicy stopped and said plainly, "Ok. Hide-and-seek is over. Come on out."

The three positioned themselves on top of the the dumpster. They were planning to, quite literally, jump him. Nicy chuckled inwardly at the sight of this. In a world where crime is abundant, smart criminals or not. It makes sence statistically. All three of them now aloft in the direction of Nicy, an unexpected screeching of wheels was heard from behind. Nicy spun around just in time to jump onto the hood of a speeding car, with the criminals landing partly on the windshield and partly on the hood. The whole lot of them, car and all, went sailing into the bay some good distance below.
