The first thing I saw before stepping into office, was the Straits Times tossed casually by the glass doors.
The first thing that caught my eye was the McDonalds Ad on its front page. It had a picture of Curly Fries.
The first thing I did after setting up my computer was to email my colleagues and announce the "possible" arrival of Curly Fries (I wasn't sure at that point).
The first thing I did during lunch was to head to Maccas to dapau a large pack of Curly Fries. It took much self restraint not to polish off the packet on the way back to office (I have done that on several occasions).
And the first thing I did after polishing off the Curly Fries in office (in about 2 minutes) was to email colleagues to confirm the arrival of Curly Fries.
What freaked me out was when my colleague emailed me back to say she still had my SMS from August 2005 telling her that Curly Fries were back.
I'm that BIG on Maccas, and that much BIGGER on Curly Fries.
I am pleased to announce that McDonalds Singapore was established the year I was born :)
