it was the fact that because he was Choi Minho, because he was the older one, that he couldn't push his little lover into things that they may regret. But then when Lee Taemin smiled at him, held his hand, it was those moments that Minho nearly lost control of himself.
but because he was Minho, he kept it in.
Even if it was so goddamn hard.

It frustrated him that just because he was Lee Taemin, the youngest, the most 'innocent', that Minho would not take a step forward. They always seemed to be going back in time, going back to knowing each other's favourite colours. It was when Minho wouldn't kiss him, when Minho wouldn't hug him, that Taemin almost felt like biting someone's head off.
but because he was Taemin, he just smiled.
Because he knew some way or another, they would have to step forward.

It was so tiring sometimes that because he was Jinki, he had to take care of every single member, and still have time for his Henry. Why on earth was Minho being so uptight, he would never know. But he realised that his relationship with Henry was just slowly, gradually, moving forward, even if they had both vowed that this was a one-time fling.
Because he was Jinki, he knew deep inside that this was not an one-time fling.
And so, he forgot all his problems, and concentrated on moving faster.

It was annoying when Taemin would come whinging about his love problems, just because he was Kibum. It was at times like these the mother side stepped in; he pushed the maknae into Minho, left them alone, just so that they could take a step forward; but he never realised how his relationship with Jonghyun was slowly halting.
But because he was Kibum, he pretended not to notice.
Because he could stick his chin up, and not cry if they were to part.
