an actual update oh my.
Hey. I have time to do an actual update uninterupted. Let's see I'm sick. I'm going to the doctors today. I fought going for 6 days, but I still haven't gotten any better. Exams were fine. They were all pretty easy. My finance one was long and she took away time from it. She wanted to use the computers for us to take the exam. So of course we had to fuck around with the computers for 10 minutes before we could start. It was 50 short answer questions and some mulitple choice that basically were there for extra credit.
My parents were looking to be this house out in hanover about 10 minutes from where I live now. Well it's a big house with a big yard. It isn't in the greatest condition, but my parents love it ecspecially my mom. My dad put a bid on it for about 8 thousand less than the asking price with contengancies however we were preapproved for the loan. Well the people were asswipes and wanted more money than the asking price and would not allow contengancies. Their guy who was selling the house got pissed off because he's been trying to sell the house for 3 years and the people haven't sold it yet and refused to sell to a qualified buyer (us). He decided he wanted is commision on the house and they were going to give it to him or he was taking them to court. Well the people decided that they would sell the house to us. So we basically have bought the house but it isn't final yet. Things like the water pipes and well and other important stuff have to be checked out to see if we actually want the house. If it has bad water pipes and other stuff then we won't buy the house.
I haven't decided what I'm getting Andrew for Valentine's Day yet. I'm giving him a phone one of the ones that should of been returned from Christmas. There isn't anything wrong with it other than it didn't have the caller id face. That well be hooked up to his brother Michael's phone line. Michael moved out (YAY!!!). I've been with Andrew for a year and 6 months now. Which is pretty weird. He still can't drive and won't get his liscence till he's 19 in August. He can't take drivers ed in school cause the teacher was being a dick and wouldn't let Andrew be in class for 2 days without his permit. Taking it out of school cost money that is needed for other things. Andrew's pet rat Princess is out of Andrew's room and in between the dinning room and living room. She almost froze to death so that's why her cage got moved there. The cats love her. They sit on top of her cage and stare at her. It's pretty fun to watch.
