I have a midterm in my Materials course tomorrow morning. That's first thing after the spring break, I'm really excited about this one... I read somewhere that the teacher for this course fails the majority of the class on the midterm, just to scare them. Sweet eh? I'm very terrified.

i don;t think it's by lottery... theres a section in lottery but it's hard to explain... if i were you id get ahold of someone at IOCC and find out... cause thats not what i heard.... buit i could be wrong... but daddy told me... so i donno...

Yeah, generally previous employees with good evaluation scores get first crack at the jobs. There's usually a fairly small amount of first timers that they do interviews with in person or over the phone.
