While preparing for the concert, THE STAR COMPANY has received a lot of requests from the Chinese fans who are affected by the Sizhuan earthquake, and those who are preparing for exams to postpone the concert. Hence, we decided to postpone the concert which was scheduled to be on 21 and 22 June.
This coming from the shinhwa.biz. As I was scrolling through the comments I was shocked to see people bashing Chinese fans and saying how much they hate Chinese fans now. So I said..
Everyone in here who is saying things like "I hate china fans" and things of that nature need to snap out of it and realize that people's lives have been affected by a disaster, villages have been lost, homes destroyed, families and their loved ones harmed.
Do you even realize what you're saying? Shinhwa's concerts aren't just for overseas fans; for Shinhwa to have that concert while fans are still recovering would have been an insult. Why should China fans have to miss out on something they've been looking forward to just as much as everybody else because of something that happened completely out of control and destroyed so many lives?
You people who speak badly of Shinhwa fans should be embarrassed to call yourselves fans at all. Shinhwa fans act with much more maturity and understanding than this, regardless of whether they associate themselves with Shinhwa Changjo or not.
Suck it up, grow up, stop being selfish, and be patient until the postponement is over.
