A Bittersweet Victory
"This matter having come before the court on the application of the plaintiff, Jessica for custody of Anthony; the defendant, Gerald failing to attend the Seminar on July 28, 2005 after having been personally served by phone; and for good cause shown:
It is on this 29th day of July, 2005 ORDERED that:
1. The plaintiff, Jessica shall be granted custody of Anthony.
2. The defendant, Gerald shall have parenting time as agreed upon between the parties.
3. New Jersey has complete jurisdiction of this matter and is the forum for all modifications of this order.
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OF THE COURT."
